Scope & Deliverables

Read clause

The scope, timeline and deliverables of your project are set out in a written proposal before work begins. Where our general terms and your signed proposal disagree, your proposal prevails.

Deliverables arrive electronically — design files, source code, compiled applications. We can re-send them for 30 days after delivery.

Payment Terms

Read clause

60% to begin work, 40% due within 15 days of the project launch date. Nothing else is invoiced mid-project unless you approve it in writing first.

Fees exclude GST, charged as per law. Digital advertising, IVR, fancy numbers, logo design and video animation are payable 100% in advance. Third-party costs — domains, hosting, licences, ad spend — are billed at cost.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Read clause

On full and final payment, ownership of the custom deliverables built for you transfers to you — including source files.

Third-party components stay under their own licences, and our pre-existing tools and frameworks remain ours. Everything built specifically for your project is yours.

Confidentiality

Both sides keep the other's non-public business and technical information confidential, and that obligation continues after the engagement ends.

We sign a separate NDA on request, before reviewing anything sensitive.
