Who We Work With

Find Yourself on This Line

Most agencies claim to serve startups, SMEs and enterprises — which tells you nothing. These are the three things that actually decide whether we are worth your money. Read across.

We are the wrong choice
The question
We are a strong fit
A committee signs off, and nobody owns the decision Procurement-led, 100+ staff
1 Who decides
The owner approves scope and designs directly Owner-run, 2 to 50 staff
An impulse purchase where the site just takes payment Fast-moving goods, low ticket
2 What you sell
Something researched before buying — jewellery, medicines, treatment, legal advice, coaching Considered purchase, high ticket
Built once, then left alone One-off build, no retainer
3 What you want after launch
Someone accountable for it next year too Ongoing support and changes

Five Enquiries We Turn Down

These arrive most weeks. Saying yes to any of them wastes your money and our time, so here is what we actually reply — and where we send people instead.

What we hear “Can you match this quote? Someone offered the same thing for half.”
What we say Probably not. We price for an in-house team of 37, a written proposal and a 30-day guarantee. If price is the deciding factor, the other quote is the right answer. Where we point you A freelancer on Upwork or Fiverr, for a small well-defined build.
What we hear “We need it live by the end of next week.”
What we say We will tell you the earliest honest date and hold it. We do not charge a rush premium to attempt something we know will slip, and we do not agree to dates to win work. Where we point you A template you can configure yourself, if the deadline is genuinely fixed.
What we hear “Can you guarantee we rank number one?”
What we say No, and nobody can. Google's algorithm is not ours to control. We can commit to the work — technical fixes, content, links — not to a position. Where we point you Be sceptical of whoever promised it. Ask them to put it in writing.
What we hear “Just build it and we will take it from there.”
What we say That can work, but our model assumes an ongoing relationship. Paying agency rates for a build you then leave alone is money you did not need to spend. Where we point you Wix, Squarespace or Shopify, set up once and maintained by you.
What we hear “Send a proposal and we will run it past the team.”
What we say We need one person who can approve scope and designs. When every decision goes to a committee, timelines slip and both sides lose money. Where we point you Come back once someone is empowered to decide. We will still be here.
None of that sound like you? Then we are probably worth a conversation. Book a free consultation and we will tell you on that call whether we are the right fit — before a proposal, before any money.
