Four phrases. Four obligations. Each one is documented, and each one costs us something.
Anyone can write a mission statement. The test is what you give up to keep it. Here is what each phrase above actually obliges us to do — and what honouring it costs.
one accountable team
From our missionWhat it obliges us to do
Nothing is outsourced. All 37 people who touch your project are on our payroll in Mohali, and you meet the ones assigned to you.
What it costs us
A fixed salary bill every month whether the pipeline is full or not — and we scale slower than an agency that subcontracts.
backed in writing
From our missionWhat it obliges us to do
Scope, timeline and cost are agreed in a written proposal before work begins, and every engagement carries a 30-day money-back guarantee.
What it costs us
Revenue we may have to return. We have written a clause that can be used against us, and we publish it.
a partner, not a vendor
From our missionWhat it obliges us to do
Domains, hosting and licences bought for you transfer to your own accounts. On recurring work you can cancel any time and we stop billing.
What it costs us
No lock-in and no guaranteed recurring revenue. If we stop being useful, leaving us is straightforward.
growing businesses
From our missionWhat it obliges us to do
We work with startups and non-profits, not only enterprises — NGOs at heavily discounted rates, and every intern on our team is paid.
What it costs us
A lower average contract value and thinner margins than an enterprise-only agency running unpaid internships.
Every commitment above is written into the terms you sign or published on this site. None of it is discretionary.
Read our termsThat reads like a slogan until you look at what it actually changes. Here is the difference, item for item.
Clients renew because the work holds up, not because leaving is difficult.
What we build changes with every client. What we owe you afterwards does not.
What we build
What holds under all of it
Same standard on a ₹40,000 landing page as on a custom ERP. The scope changes. The obligation does not.
We asked our founder, Anish, how it all really started!
Everyone loves an origin story, so let me clear up the myth first. No, Makes360 did not begin under an apple tree - no Apple fell from the sky, no “Eureka!” moment while I stared at the clouds deciding what business to start. I wish it were that cinematic. It just wasn't. 😄
The real beginning was quieter: one smartphone phone, a small room in Kota, Rajasthan, and a belief I couldn't shake - that growing a business online shouldn't feel like a gamble. Too many founders were being sold jargon and empty promises, then left with an invoice and nothing to show for it. I wanted to build the opposite: a team that treats your growth like its own and stands behind it with a guarantee, not an excuse.
One project became two. Two clients became many. A one-person practice grew into a 37 member team across development, design, marketing, and sales - and into AGI Innovations Makes360 Pvt. Ltd., an ISO-certified, DPIIT-recognized company that businesses across 7+ countries now trust with their websites, apps, and growth.
But that's the short version. The real story - the late nights, the lessons that stung, the clients who became friends - is honestly better heard than read.
The mission and the vision on this page are the company’s. These are mine, in my own words.
Shipping something is easy. Building it properly is a different skill entirely. I learned that at seventeen, when a site I had built and was earning from was taken down over things I had never thought to understand.
Make sure no business owner has to learn what I learned the hard way — that the thing they paid for was never built to last.
A company that outlives my involvement in it. If Makes360 only works because I am in the room, I have built a job, not a business.
Values are what a company would like to be true. Rules are what it does when the easy option is sitting right there. These five have been published since we started, and they have cost us work.
We know what we are genuinely good at and what we are not. Nothing gets sold on a capability we would have to learn on your project.
If we cannot do justice to the work, you hear it on the first call — before you have spent anything — and we point you somewhere better where we can.
We learned this the hard way. Right messaging and a page that converts beat a design that only photographs well.
To our own team, to our clients, and to students — through stipend-paid internships, free tools, and help for people building projects who will never be clients.
Every person here, interns included, is paid for their work. Culture, caste, age, gender, education or budget changes nothing about how you are treated.
Any of these broken on your project? Tell him directly, not a support queue.
Agencies say they are transparent. The difference is whether you can check it. Each commitment below points at the document it comes from, and every one of those documents is public before you pay anything.
Counted from your invoice date, not from launch. Nothing in it depends on us agreeing you had a good reason.
